Qualifications
· 5 of years of experience in social media.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok (how each platform serves a different purpose)
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools
- B2B experience
- Content creation skills
- Photography, videos, blog posts, etc
o Strong copywriting and Video editing skills is a plus
Position Overview
This role is content-first and people-focused. We are looking for someone who enjoys being creative, visible, and proactive; someone who can create engaging content, interact with our audience, and represent our brand voice across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create multimedia content for social media campaigns across all platforms
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand awareness, lead generation, and recruitment goals
- Identify opportunities to position our brand as a trusted voice in radiation safety
- Proactively interact with industry professionals across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage comments, messages, and conversations with a high level of professionalism and sound judgment
- Build relationships with partners, distributors, industry-relevant organizations and healthcare professionals
- Work closely with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership to amplify key initiatives
- Highlight partnerships, events, company news, etc
- Translate technical or clinical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content
- Track performance across platforms (engagement quality, growth, inbound interest)
- Use data to refine strategy and continuously improve results
- Analyze competitors
- Research current trends/techniques
- Conduct audience research
