IT Service Dispatcher

At Protech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, we’re seeking a highly organized and client-focused IT Service Dispatcher to join our team in our Torrington, CT office.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, onsite at our Torrington location by triaging support requests, managing technician schedules, and delivering white-glove service to our clients. Responsibilities:
• Acting as the point of contact to the user for all IT related requests.
• Logging all incoming service request calls in the ticketing system.
• Schedule/coordinate all calendar appointments for technical support staff.
• Track location of all technical support staff to ensure timely recording of all support activities and the resolution of issues.
• Ensures that Dispatch Portal provides an accurate reflection of work scheduled.
• Communicating with clients to update them on progress and completion of requests.
• Providing a concierge/white glove level of service.

Requirements:
• Basic technical knowledge (Level 1) is needed to understand the issue to assign the tickets/problem issues accordingly to appropriate staff members.
• Background in customer service and/or strong customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
• ConnectWise experience a huge plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to identify inefficiencies within a given process.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation:

The compensation is expected to range from $20–26/hr (approximately $41,600–$54,080 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek). Our offer will be determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
