Commercial HVAC Ductwork Working Foreman (3 yrs exp REQD)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Ductwork Working Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who leads by example and works alongside the crew while overseeing the successful completion of commercial HVAC duct and mechanical equipment installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew installing commercial HVAC ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Measure commercial projects and prepare accurate ductwork takeoffs and field measurements for fabrication/submittal.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Plan daily work assignments and maintain job site productivity.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Identify and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC duct installation experience.
• Previous foreman or lead installer experience preferred.
• Must be able to accurately field measure projects and submit ductwork for fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate layouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
