ProTech Autocare is growing, and we're looking for an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician who wants more than just another job.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM A MASTER TECHNICIAN

We aren't looking for someone who simply has "Master Technician" on a résumé.

We're looking for someone who can diagnose—not guess.

You should have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, drivability, HVAC, steering, suspension, braking, engine, transmission, and drivetrain systems.

You should be comfortable using scan tools, wiring diagrams, OEM service information, diagnostic equipment, and logical testing procedures to determine the root cause of a customer's concern.

We expect our Master Technicians to:

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems
• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently
• Test before replacing parts
• Properly document diagnostic findings
• Verify repairs before the vehicle leaves
• Take ownership of their workmanship
• Work independently while still being part of a team
• Help other technicians when their experience can benefit the team
• Ask for assistance when another technician has greater experience with a particular system

MASTER DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE DONE LEARNING

This is extremely important to us.

Automotive technology is changing too quickly for any technician to know everything.

Vehicle networks, advanced electronics, ADAS, programming, hybrids, EVs, manufacturer-specific systems, and diagnostic technology will continue to evolve.

We expect you to evolve with them.

At ProTech, we want a Master Technician who is willing to say:

"I don't know yet—but I'll figure it out."

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Hold current ASE Master Automobile Technician certification
• Have significant professional diagnostic and repair experience
