SAP Technical Solution Delivery Lead
Location: Columbus, OH

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Delivery Lead /Technical Delivery Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation initiative focused on Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service modernization.
This role will help drive end-to-end SAP delivery activities across SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, SAP BTP, integrations, testing, security, and DevSecOps initiatives within a highly collaborative enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong SAP technical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end SAP solution delivery activities for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service initiatives
- Collaborate on SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud implementations
- Oversee SAP application configuration, customization, integrations, and technical delivery activities
- Coordinate SAP RICEFW development efforts across multiple workstreams
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders
- Assist with deployment planning, cutover execution, hyper care, and operational readiness
- Ensure SAP security, governance, compliance, and access control requirements are met
- Support SAP DevSecOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Facilitate integrations with IAM platforms, MuleSoft, REST APIs, and non-SAP systems
- Monitor delivery risks, issue resolution activities, and enterprise governance processes
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of SAP solution delivery experience
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP programming
- Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations in complex environments
- Strong SAP integration experience using REST APIs and middleware technologies
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of SAP security models and SAP GRC Access Control
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities
- Experience using Jira, qTest, or related Agile/testing tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- SAP certifications preferred
- Utility or energy industry experience
- Experience integrating SAP with MuleSoft, IAM, or non-SAP platforms
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud
- Experience with AI-powered SAP tooling
- Experience supporting SAP data migration and master data management initiatives
- Understanding of utility compliance and customer data privacy requirements
- Experience supporting organizational change management and user enablement
