We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support the development and execution of seasonal product lines from concept through production. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of prototype products from concept through commercialization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding development updates, specifications, timelines, and approvals.
- Create, maintain, and update seasonal composite sheets, classification charts, and development documentation.
- Manage weekly workflow updates to ensure accurate and timely communication between vendors, production, technical design, merchandising, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track product development timelines and proactively identify risks or delays to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Maintain detailed records of product specifications, samples, revisions, and development status.
- Support product review meetings by preparing reports, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Development Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
- Assist with sample management, product testing coordination, and development-related administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of product development, product design, or product coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within consumer products, fashion, apparel, accessories, or related industries.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Understanding of product development processes from concept through production.
- Experience creating product development documentation, line sheets, or classification charts.
