Our Beauty line is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior Packaging/Graphic Designer to support the Body Fragrance category. This freelance role focuses on creating commercially viable, modern, feminine, glamorous, and sophisticated packaging designs that elevate the brand voice. The designer will partner with a collaborative, fast-paced team to concept, develop, and refine packaging and graphic solutions for seasonal fragrance and personal care programs.
This role requires deep expertise in packaging design, strong Adobe proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate with speed and accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
Your Impact
- Develop innovative, visually compelling packaging concepts and designs for seasonal personal care collections, translating fragrance direction through the brand lens.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of fashion, beauty, and cultural trends and integrate them into design thinking.
- Demonstrate a refined eye for color selection and application.
- Produce product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and excellent attention to detail.
- Coordinate with comp houses to produce accurate 3D prototypes.
- Embrace constructive feedback and apply direction with professionalism and flexibility.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7 years of experience in packaging or graphic design within a comparable environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, graphic design, seasonal concepts, and brand-right execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
