Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and business owners to understand requirements and develop applications according to specifications
- Support and enhance existing systems, including resolving operational issues
- Troubleshoot issues (data or software related) and implement rapid fixes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 8 years of related experience (or equivalent).
- Financial industry experience is a plus
- 7 years of hands-on expertise in Front End development
- Strong proficiency in Angular 2 , Typescript, JavaScript, SASS, and HTML5
- Experience with .NET and Java
- Strong understanding of RESTful API structure (naming conventions, HTTP verbs, etc.)
- Proficiency with Git or SVN
- Solid database knowledge and experience, particularly with Oracle enterprise relational databases, SQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with multi-tier architecture and OOD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
