ProSys Fill, LLC. is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our Second Shift Team in Webb City, Missouri.

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Proven experience as a machinist (3 years preferred).
- Mazak programming experience preferred.
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure precision.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, service, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required.
- Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.
Schedule
- Second shift hours are from 2:15pm to 10:45pm Monday through Friday.
- Second shift pay will include shift differential.
- 2 to 8 weeks of first shift training before transitioning to second shift.
