Financial Systems Analyst I

ProSync is seeking a passionate Operations Analyst I to support budget development, financial analysis, and performance assessment for government programs. This role evaluates financial proposals, conducts cost‑benefit analyses, and develops policies that guide budget formulation and execution

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical assistance in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.
• Assess organizational performance and evaluate the impact of programs and policies on budget execution.
• Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and explore alternative funding strategies.
• Research financial and economic trends affecting organizational spending.
• Develop financial guidelines and policies.
• Conduct training sessions on new budget procedures when required.

• A Minimum of 3 years related financial analysis experience.
• Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
