Specialized Project Lead

ProSync is seeking a passionate Specialized Project Lead to oversee security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.

This position offers a salary in the range of $115-125k based on numerous factors, including degree and overall experience.

Responsibilities

This position handles the support of the Sensitive Compartment Information Facility. This role includes:

• Crafting timelines, generating forecasts, allocating resources, and estimating budgets
• Monitoring progress, managing funding, and delivering financial updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Leading the implementation of IT or Security/Intelligence initiatives
• Coordinating and overseeing activities with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• Engaging with program personnel and key stakeholders for effective collaboration
  
  

Requirements

Six years of experience in:

• a) Developing timelines, forecasts, resource allocations, and budget estimates and
• b) Tracking progress, funding, and providing financial overviews to internal and external customers
  
  

Four years of experience in:

• c) Managing IT or Security/Intelligence related implementations or initiatives,
• d) Overseeing and coordinating activities with internal and external customers, and
• e) Interfacing with program personnel and stakeholders
  
  

If a proposed individual does not meet both the desired education and experience qualifications, ten years professional technical activities related to complex project planning. Six of these ten years should demonstrate experience in "a" and "b" and four of these ten years should demonstrate experience in "c" through "e".

A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline
