Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Integration Specialist, based in Beachwood, OH, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Integration Specialist work closely with our professional services team to identify customer needs, envision integration options and approaches – including best practices, capture integration requirements, provide estimates to complete, and implement the integrations using low code/no code workflow design tooling. You will also provide training and UAT documentation to support testing, implementation, and refactoring of the integrations. Over time, you will provide on-going support and enhancements for the integrations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with customers to capture and document integration requirements.
- Create Process Diagrams based on customer requirements.
- Design, Implement, and Test custom workflows based on customer requirements utilizing an internal workflow engine.
- Manage and maintain existing customer integrations.
Requirements
- Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to deeply understand Tempus Resource’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements.
- Must be an excellent listener.
- Must be able to multi-task across complex assignments.
- Hands-on working experience in the support, configuration, customization, and/or implementation of software. The ideal candidate will have experience with REST APIs, workflow and/or integration-related software, PPM, ERP and/or HCM applications.
- Must have at least basic knowledge of C# programming language.
- High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, CS or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
