We are seeking a Senior Technical Program/Project Manager to lead complex, multiteam initiatives supporting largescale digital and guestexperience technology programs. This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans, manage technical delivery, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.

<>Program & Project Leadership- Lead highpriority, crossfunctional, and multisite programs from concept through delivery.
- Drive pilots, proofs of concept, and earlystage technical implementations.
- Establish scalable processes and delivery frameworks to support program success.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and execution plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive teamofteams coordination.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, including scope, schedule, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery practices.
- Manage program budgets, including tracking actuals, forecasting, and communicating changes.
- Align resource capacity with project needs and collaborate with leaders on staffing plans.
- Proactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
- Manage scope changes and assess impacts to timelines, budget, and resources.
- Ensure transparent communication of risks and decisions across all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Lead stakeholder coordination across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Create and deliver communication plans, status reports, dashboards, and executivelevel presentations.
- Set expectations and ensure consistent, clear program visibility.
- 5 years of technical program or project management experience supporting engineering or product development teams.
- Experience delivering enterpriseclass technology solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering workflows, and technical dependencies.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive alignment.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, with the ability to pragmatically blend methodologies.
- Demonstrated success managing largescale budgets and financial oversight.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and communication skills.

- Project Management: Jira/MyJira, Clarity/MyPPM, Smartsheet
- Productivity: Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote
- Experience in emerging technology, innovation programs, pilots, or POCs.
- PMP certification.
- Agile certifications (CSM, ACP, or equivalent).
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
