Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of iOS and Android application development , ensuring performance optimization and high-quality standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of video streaming solutions , ensuring seamless playback, low latency, and scalability.
Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation.
Work closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and backend engineers to define application requirements and technical roadmaps.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices for mobile development and video streaming .
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications, particularly in handling video content and live streaming.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in mobile development, video streaming protocols, and cloud-based media processing . Required Skills & Experience
7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role .
Strong expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
Extensive experience with video streaming technologies such as HLS, DASH, RTMP, WebRTC , and media encoding / decoding.
Proficiency in CDN integration , cloud-based video processing (AWS Media Services, Azure Media Services) , and video playback frameworks .
In-depth understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices .
Experience working with third-party SDKs, APIs, and libraries related to media and streaming.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-driven video enhancements, adaptive bitrate streaming, and DRM technologies .
Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
