We partner with physicians, hospitals, sleep labs, pulmonary clinics, and healthcare systems to provide comprehensive respiratory solutions including PAP therapy, oxygen therapy, ventilators, airway clearance therapy, and neuromuscular respiratory support.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Manager to help expand our presence throughout the San Jose and greater Bay Area market.
This is an opportunity for a motivated Respiratory DME sales professional to step into a high-growth environment with strong clinical support, operational infrastructure, and long-term advancement potential.
Supported by established payer relationships, operational infrastructure, and a clinician-led respiratory team, this role offers the opportunity to help grow ProSUM Health’s Northern California presence.
We are specifically seeking candidates with an established background in Respiratory DME sales who understand how to build referral relationships, grow territory revenue, and navigate the respiratory healthcare landscape.
What You'll DoDrive Territory Growth
- Develop and grow referral relationships with:
- Pulmonologists
- Sleep clinics
- Hospitals
- Primary care physicians
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Case managers and discharge planners
- Conduct daily field visits to referral sources throughout the San Jose and Bay Area territory
- Promote ProSUM Health respiratory and DME services including:
- CPAP / BiPAP therapy
- Oxygen therapy
- Non-invasive ventilation
- Home ventilators
- Airway clearance therapy
- Respiratory monitoring solutions
Build Strong Clinical Partnerships
- Become a trusted resource for physicians and clinical teams
- Conduct in-services and educational presentations
- Maintain strong visibility and communication throughout the territory
- Help improve continuity of care between clinic and home
Represent a Clinician-Led Model
At ProSUM Health, our sales team is backed by experienced respiratory therapists, intake specialists, and operational support teams.
Our model allows sales professionals to focus on building relationships while our clinical team delivers exceptional patient care and ongoing patient support.
We are not a transactional DME company — we focus on long-term respiratory care partnerships and patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Minimum 2 years of direct Respiratory DME sales experience required
- Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and respiratory referral workflows
- Experience with PAP therapy, oxygen, non-invasive ventilation, ventilators, or airway clearance products
- Proven ability to grow referral relationships and territory revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Highly Preferred
- Existing relationships within the San Jose / Bay Area healthcare market
- Experience calling on pulmonology, sleep medicine, hospital systems, and SNFs
- Respiratory therapist background (RRT/RCP) is a plus
CompensationBase Salary
$50,000 – $70,000 per year
