Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials (meat, additives, packaging) to ensure they meet specifications.
- Monitor processing parameters (temperature, humidity, pH, etc.) at critical control points.
- Collect and analyze samples for microbiological, chemical, or physical testing.
- Identify and report deviations from product standards.
Requirements:
- Background check required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, active, and cold environment
- Noise levels may vary from moderate to high
