Projects Bilingual Team Lead – Waukegan and Zion Facility
We are seeking a Projects Bilingual Team Lead to support operations at our Waukegan facility for a company that manufactures mail and pharmaceutical items. This role will oversee and coordinate daily activities, provide direction to a bilingual team, and ensure clear communication across team members and leadership.
Shift
Zion: 8:50AM-5PM $18.00
Waukegan: 6:50AM-3PM $18.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a bilingual team to achieve performance goals.
- Serve as a communication bridge between team members and leadership in English and Spanish.
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely, quality output.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Assist with problem-solving on the production floor and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage performance and drive results.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
- Conflict resolution and coaching abilities.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
