THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SALES REP - CLOSING SPECIALIST
THE SCHEDULE:
The position is full-time and based in our White Plains, VA, office. Work schedules will vary but remain within company business hours, including 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required for evenings, weekends, on-call responsibilities, or overtime, based on operational needs.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Sales Rep – Closing Specialist, your day will center around handling inbound calls, converting qualified leads into scheduled appointments or sales, and following up on outbound leads, online estimates, and previously unsold proposals. You will educate prospective customers on HVAC and plumbing services, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide them through pricing and service benefits with professionalism and confidence. A key part of your role will be tracking all customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools such as ServiceTitan, ensuring accurate communication and seamless coordination with our dispatch and technician teams. Where appropriate, you'll also present upsell opportunities, such as maintenance memberships or extended service plans. Success in this role depends on your ability to connect, communicate, and close.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year(s) of experience in phone sales or service-based sales (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
Preferred:
- Strong closing skills and a confident phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scripts, and follow-up tools
- High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
- Bilingual skills
