ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-time position supporting our HVAC and plumbing teams with a reliable schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
As our Warehouse and Parts Coordinator, you'll be the cornerstone of our daily operations. Your day will include keeping the warehouse impeccably organized, tracking inventory with precision, and ensuring technicians have everything they need to complete jobs efficiently. You'll run parts to the field, assist with workflow, and find solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A WAREHOUSE AND PARTS COORDINATOR
Our company is searching for someone who loves order, thrives on efficiency, and understands that a well-run warehouse keeps everything moving. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent inventory control and tracking accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and handle daily loading/unloading
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration

Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing parts is a major plus, and we are willing to train the right person! Warehouse experience, mechanical experience, familiarity with dispatch systems like ServiceTitan, and knowledge of vendor processes are preferred.
