WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A CLIENT SUCCESS - CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE?
In this full- or part-time customer service role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments, and ensuring our CRM is meticulously updated. You'll dispatch jobs to technicians and coordinate schedules, all while resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks will ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
We offer multiple flexible in-office shifts:
- Full-time or part-time
- 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–5 PM
- Evening, night, weekend shifts
- On-call and overtime when needed
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR CLIENT SUCCESS - CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CRM or dispatching software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience in a call center or customer service role, particularly in the HVAC or service industry, is preferred, along with bilingual skills.
