Location: Hickory, NC

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Mixer Operator for a heavy manufacturing position located in Hickory, NC. This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive lifting and the ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with industrial mixing equipment.
- Measure, load, and mix materials according to production requirements.
- Repeatedly lift and handle 25–50 lb. bags for extended periods of time.
- Follow work instructions, formulas, and established production procedures.
- Monitor materials and equipment throughout the mixing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work independently while meeting daily production expectations.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 25–50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
