Hours: 4pm-2:30am, OT and some weekends

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers with strong mechanical and electrical experience.
What You'll Do
1. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
3. Repair or replace defective components to restore functionality
4. Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures
5. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
7. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
8. Support installation of new equipment and system upgrades
9. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
10. Preventative Maintenance
What We're Looking For
1. High school diploma or credited GED required; technical training preferred
2. 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting. Food industry is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting
4. 24V to 480V experience
5. Experience with hydraulics/pneumatics
6. Single and 3phase motors
7. PLC Troubleshooting
8. Multi-skilled ability to perform basic mechanical tasks
9. Knowledge of personal computers and facility software for use in troubleshooting and work order entries.
10. Must be able to operate facility equipment such as scissor lifts and one-man lifts, chain hoists, overhead cranes, etc.
