Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday
First Shift- 4AM-12:30PM
Pay Rate-$19 hourly
Second shift, 12 Noon-8:30pm
Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Plus Overtime, Occasional Saturdays

Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Plus Overtime, Occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside machines to stage and pack metal materials.
- Band metal skids using green or black banding to prevent movement during transport.
- Count and verify material when required.
- Load skids for transport or coordinate with others to move finished materials.
- Pick orders by reviewing paper order sheets, locating materials on the shop floor, and scanning them using an RF scanner.
- Accurately record the material’s location either on paper or into the scan gun.
- Turn in completed orders to the manager for new assignments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work extended shifts and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to work safely and carefully around heavy machinery
- Successfully pass a skills-based assessment - evaluates your reading, math, inspections & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Some experience working in a warehouse and manufacturing setting
- Forklift/side-loader experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer
