Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our 3PL warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position requires hands-on experience with stand-up forklift operation, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse operations.

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19-20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm / Friday, 9 am – 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and store inventory.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack orders according to customer and shipping requirements.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading freight.
• Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming inventory.
• Prepare outbound shipments and verify orders for accuracy.
• Move pallets and product throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work efficiently while meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience with picking and packing required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving required.
• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to safely handle and move warehouse inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
