Contract
Shift Hours: 9 am-6 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am-2 pm on Friday
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and purchase camera parts, accessories, and components from approved vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of camera parts and supplies
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Prepare, process, and fulfill internal and customer parts orders
• Track back ordered and special-order items and follow up with vendors
• Maintain accurate part records, pricing, and stock locations in inventory system
• Assist repair technicians with locating and distributing required parts
• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of sensitive camera components
• Support returns, exchanges, and warranty parts logistics
• Provide customer support for parts-related inquiries as needed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or order processing experience is a plus
