What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper - FT position at Prosser Memorial Health?
FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, varies as scheduled, plus on-call duties as required. Position is subject to scheduling rotations.
Job Summary:
Responsible for grounds, maintenance and repairs to grounds keeping equipment, and performance of courier runs using District transportation when required.
Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be bondable. Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license.
Driving record in compliance with motor vehicle policy.
Preferred: Must have experience in the operation and maintenance of power operated equipment such as: lawn mowers, weed trimmers, pressure washers, paint sprayers, air compressors, cement mixers and all-terrain vehicles. Must be able to properly utilize various hand tools such as shovels, hoes, rakes, brooms, clippers, trimmers, pruners, saws, pressure sprayers, scrapers, paint brushes, paint rollers, etc.
Pay Range: ($18.00- $27.50)
Salary : $18 - $28
