What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide - FT position at Prosser Memorial Health?
FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
Job Summary:
Provides services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. As part of the caregiving team, this position is responsible for patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature. Perform a variety of routine tasks in the kitchen and dishwashing areas according to standard practices and procedures while complying with regulatory requirements.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English, basic computer and mathematical skills, must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts. On-the-job training to include short demonstration up to and including 90 days.

Pay Range: $18.00-$27.50
