We are a financial services firm that is looking for our next team member.

We are looking for someone that is detail oriented that can handle scheduling, calls, mail, organizing, planning and coordinating all the things that could happen in an office.

This is a fast paced team focused company. We all want to be here to help people and make a difference. Not just a paycheck. Our goal is that clients say "wow". We make money as fun as possible.

Everyday is completely different but there will be some activities that need to be done every day, week, month, quarter, etc. Your day could be confirming appointments via email and setting appointments on the phone. It could be greeting someone as they walked into the office or being prompt at 7:45 am to empty the dishwasher, turn on the lights, etc so that the office is ready to go at 8am.

It is being the one to close up the office at 5pm and make sure all the mail goes out. It is doing all the things behind the scenes necessary to help the team help clients and prospective clients.

We need someone that is detail oriented and loves to help people.

Our interview process: A phone call with our Senior Relationship Manager or Office Assistant, then a meeting in person with some of our team members, maybe a written project and then the final interview with the Branch Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • office receptionist: 3 years (Required)
