What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Engineer position at Prosperix AI?
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Provide onsite process engineering support for capital projects, production improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
• Support process design activities including mass balance development, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&ID reviews.
• Lead process studies related to batching, mixing, blending, liquid handling, transfer systems, and CIP systems.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, R&D, project engineering, and operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop equipment specifications, process datasheets, and technical evaluations for new process equipment.
• Participate in equipment FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and performance qualification activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and offshore engineering teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Support process troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and corporate engineering standards.
• Support project execution from concept through commissioning and handover.
Qualification:
