Prosperity Training Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Instructor and CNA Testing Evaluator for our Montana Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP).

This unique opportunity allows an RN to combine teaching, mentorship, and workforce development with the ability to become a certified Headmaster CNA Testing Evaluator. The ideal candidate enjoys educating future healthcare professionals and helping maintain the integrity of the CNA certification process.

What You'll Do

CNA Instructor Responsibilities

• Teach CNA students in classroom, skills lab, and clinical settings.
• Deliver approved curriculum and prepare students for successful completion of the CNA program.
• Demonstrate and evaluate CNA skills and competencies.
• Supervise students during clinical training experiences.
• Monitor student progress and provide coaching and remediation as needed.
• Maintain attendance, competency evaluations, and student records.
• Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with Montana Nurse Aide Training Program requirements.

CNA Testing Evaluator Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain certification through Headmaster/D&S Diversified Technologies as a CNA Testing Evaluator.
• Conduct and evaluate CNA skills examinations according to state testing standards.
• Ensure testing integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Complete testing documentation and reporting requirements accurately.
• Assist with scheduling and administration of state-approved CNA competency examinations.
• Serve as a professional representative of the testing process.

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience caring for elderly or chronically ill individuals.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Previous CNA Instructor experience.
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, or Home Health experience.
• Adult education or healthcare training experience.
• Experience evaluating clinical competencies or conducting skills assessments.
• Eligible and willing to become a certified Headmaster CNA Testing Evaluator.
