Prosperity Placement Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent 4-day workweek, strong leadership support, and a stable, team-oriented environment.

Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM–6:00 PM
4-Day Workweek
No weekends

Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Coordinate clinical services and respond to resident needs
Serve as a clinical resource for the nursing team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Charge Nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
