Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments to ensure proper coverage.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients, caregivers, and prospective employees
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new caregivers.
- Track required documentation including clearances, TB Tests, and certifications.
- Assist with caregiver communication regarding schedules, call-offs, and changes
- Support payroll preparation and timesheet tracking.
- Maintain compliance with home care agency regulations and agency policies.
- Perform general administration duties including filing, scanning, and email correspondence.
Skills

Preferred Qualifications
