Housekeeping Supervisor

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to help our team provide excellent service to our guests. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in one of Uniontown's finest locations.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in leading the management and direction of the Housekeeping operations in accordance with established guest service and Hilton Brand standards.

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel, proudly serving visitors to Uniontown for almost 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proud Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

What you'll do:

• Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Respond quickly to guest requests/complaints in a friendly manner. Relay appropriate requests or complaints to appropriate subordinate or manager. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide training to the housekeeping staff.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Perform various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
• Follow company philosophies, policies, and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team.
• Assist the Rooms Manager with recruiting and hiring new talent for the Housekeeping Department.

• This position will pay $15.00 per hour with scheduled annual increases.

Previous hotel experience is a plus.
