What You'll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Deliver parent training, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Current BCBA certification
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with diverse populations preferred

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Texas licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to perform physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of background check, driving record review, and reference verification
