As a Client Success Consultant, you'll connect with adults who have already expressed interest in leadership, mindset, and personal development education. Your role is to guide authentic conversations, understand each person's goals, answer questions, and help them determine whether our educational programs align with what they're looking to create.
This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity offering the flexibility to work remotely while building your own independent business with comprehensive training, mentorship, and proven systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Following up with individuals who have requested information online
- Conducting introductory phone and Zoom conversations
- Learning about each person's goals, aspirations and current situation
- Sharing information about leadership, mindset and personal development education
- Guiding individuals through the next steps of the discovery process
- Maintaining organised contact records and ongoing follow-up
- Participating in ongoing personal and professional development
- Building genuine, long-term relationships through meaningful conversations
