- Lead the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of single-family rental properties in the Charleston area
- Manage tenant relationships with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted vendors; oversee quality and timeliness
- Handle lease renewals, rent collection, move-in/move-out processes, and inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (especially Fair Housing laws)
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve systems, reduce friction, and deliver exceptional service
- Help scale operations in a smart, sustainable, and people-first way
- Experienced: 2 years in property management, preferably with residential or single-family rentals. (Need a PM license or Salespersons License)
- Organized and detail-oriented: You keep clean records, follow up proactively, and never let things slip
- A problem-solver: You stay calm under pressure, think critically, and take initiative
- A people-person: You know how to communicate clearly and respectfully — even in tough situations
- Ready to grow: You want more responsibility, more ownership, and more impact
- Tech-comfortable: You’ve used property management platforms and are fairly tech savvy. (We use quite a bit of technology here.)
- Local market knowledge is a plus; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
