Specialty Infusion Pharmacist position details:
- Facility: Prosper Infusion
- Location: Westchase, FL
- Status: Full time, exempt
- Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Weekend Work: Negotiable
- On Call: No
Specialty Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues relations to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting. The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored
- Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment
Certifications and Licensure:
- Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
- Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
- Preferred: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience
