As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete and review clinical paperwork to ensure compliance and quality
- Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients
- Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary
- Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs
- Assists in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance
As a Nurse Manager, you bring:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- 2 years of management experience
- 3 years of home health, home infusion or related organization
