Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will support the owner, officer and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages
- Conduct onboarding calls
- Data entry
- Keep CRM updated and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday-Friday 9-5 pm EST)
