Our practice is hiring a part-time Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Cornelius. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and takes pride in helping create a calm, welcoming patient experience. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to become full-time.
We are looking for someone who can work with speed, efficiency, and consistency while helping maintain a polished, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment.
Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and patient comfort
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently
- Sterilize and organize instruments
- Take dental radiographs and support clinical documentation
- Help keep the schedule flowing smoothly throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinical space
- Support a comfortable, attentive, and professional patient experience
