We are Prospector's Cook House, part of Rockhound Rock Shop - Michigan's Largest Rock shop located right across the street in downtown Galesburg. We are a small family-owned restaurant with a small dine-in area, but we mostly do take-out and third-party orders. We also cater a little with bulk meats, do some bakery items and cater for our classes and events across the street.
We are a laid-back, easy-going place to work with zero drama. When it's slow, we have lot of side project to work on, when it's busy, the place will be hoppin!
Part-time available through the week as closers (4pm to 9pm) and Saturday's open or close shift. We will train if you have an interest in cooking but have never done it. We're looking for up-beat, reliable staff to join our team. There are opportunities to pick up additional hours at our different stores if interested.
