What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insulation Installer position at Prospective Energy Solutions?
Prospective Energy Solutions is an energy efficiency startup located in Granby. Our team consists of leaders in the field that have come together to build an organization that focuses on strong company culture, team building/education, and serving our community the best way we know how. We are looking for a new team member who has the desire to grow with our business. We are seeking an entry-level installer to support insulation and weatherization installations. The ideal candidate is willing to learn and grow into more responsibility, with the potential to jump on a fast-track to crew chief status by leveraging the existing team’s expertise and access to education. We will train the right person, no experience is needed!
Responsibilities:
- Provide support while installing blown-in cellulose in attics/basements/garages of single and multi-family homes;
- Assist in installing weatherization measures in homes (weatherstripping, door kits, recessed light enclosures, etc.)
- Assist in installing ventilation measures;
- Desire to learn and grow
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Pre-employment screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
