Why This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who will help shape the employee experience at a mission-driven real estate organization whose work directly impacts residents, neighborhoods, and communities across the country. The role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful influence with senior leaders and close connection to the day-to-day needs of managers, employees, and a small HR team. You will have the opportunity to strengthen the Talent & Culture function, bring practical structure to a growing and evolving workplace, coach leaders, support employees, and help sustain a values-driven culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, wellbeing and continuous improvement. This is a chance to do highly visible, deeply practical, mission-connected work in an organization redefining what responsible, community-centered real estate can achieve.
