Qualifications
- Significant middle market M&A and/or capital advisory experience
- Established client relationships and a strong professional network
- Proven track record of originating and closing transactions
- 10 years of investment banking experience with strong references
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Lead business development efforts with a target of $3M in annual fee generation
- Leverage and expand your network to generate deal flow aligned with firm strategy
- Manage transactions end-to-end, from pitch through closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor
- Translate complex financial concepts for senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Represent the firm in the market and support broader strategic initiatives
