• Interact directly with customers to assess pest control needs, answer questions, and explain service options
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate customers on pest prevention and treatment solutions
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical knowledge and stay up to date on industry best practices
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
• Communicate customer feedback to management to help improve services and overall experience
