Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Engage with existing & new consumers directly to promote the wide array of products and services we offer
- Attend sales account meetings and follow up on appointments to build strong client-consumer relationships
- Conduct market and territory research with the Entry Level Assistant Manager team to increase brand awareness and optimize company outreach
- Deliver sales services that reflect the company’s values, nurturing positive business relationships
- Track market & sales trends & record customer interactions, collaborating with management to streamline a smoother overall experience
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new Entry Level Assistant Manager team members, ensuring a diverse & well-balanced team
Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Experience interacting with consumers directly is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in sales and customer service
- A desire to grow your career as well as within the company
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- An associate degree or some college experience is preferred but not required
