Prospect Preschool Academy is seeking a caring, enthusiastic full-time Co-Teacher to join our Twos classroom. This position works alongside an experienced co-teacher, with a class size capped at 12 children.
Our preschool provides a warm, playful, and developmentally rich environment. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of early childhood education, loves working with young children, and can support them through important milestones.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with classroom activities, learning centers, and hands-on play
- Helping create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting and guiding children through daily routines
- Partnering with your co-teacher to follow routines and support individual child needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma (required)
- Love for children and a nurturing personality (most important!)
- Experience preferred but not required — we provide training and ongoing professional development
- Ability to understand age-appropriate expectations
- References required
