Location: In-office (3 days/week,)
Type: Part-Time (fast track to Full-Time)
We’re a growing mortgage company looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to expand our referral network by building relationships with real estate agents and other key professional partners. This role is primarily phone-based and focused on setting appointments by offering a proven system that helps partners grow their business while creating consistent mortgage referrals.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents to introduce our mortgage platform and value proposition
- Set qualified appointments for relationship-building and referral partnerships
- Clearly communicate how our system helps Realtors generate more business
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales / cold calling strongly preferred)
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in: Title Representative, Escrow Officer / Rep, Mortgage professional, or Real estate professional.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Organized, persistent, and relationship-driven
- Able to work in-office 3 days per week
