Case Manager
Adult Acute Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver C-FIRST training to DCS employees, covering the range of C-FIRST application modules and tasks specific to varying roles within the system both in-person and virtually.
- Develop training materials for specialized tasks in C-FIRST.
- Generate data within the C-FIRST training sandbox for use in C-FIRST training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Department of Children’s Services and Deloitte to enhance training development and delivery.
- Provide web-based technical assistance to staff to facilitate system learning.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms to conduct and support training sessions
- Collaborate with training team members and program leadership to ensure consistency and quality in training content and delivery
- Travel will be required within the State of TN.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other virtual training tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving training environment
- Bachelor's Degree is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering training in a government or human services setting
- Experience training computer systems
Work Conditions:
- Travel may be required for in-person training sessions
- Hybrid work environment with both remote and on-site responsibilities
