Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives, promoting team growth and enhancing service quality through effective coaching.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee consistent quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Conduct regular supervision of kitchen management, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices to uphold safety standards across all operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality management, including team leadership, staff training, and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management.
- Excellent managerial communication skills combined with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Previous experience in managing hospitality teams within a fine dining or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
